Role of ILD:

• acquisition of the land from Greenyard Logistics Poland (including expansion land)
• development and long-term leasing of a build-to-suit distribution center
• the lay-out of both the warehouse and the offices was designed to meet Greenyard’s specific needs
• existing cooling equipment was integrated into the new facility
